A heritage hall and open grounds in the Adelaide Hills
The Uraidla Show Hall is a heritage building with beautiful surrounds, offering a timeless backdrop for your occasion. It is a blank canvas with customisable spaces, and you can hire both the hall and the outdoor areas for a day, a night, a weekend, or a week.
Weddings, parties, community events, celebrations and corporate events. Whatever you are planning, the space adapts to it rather than the other way round.
The hall was built in 1908, on the society’s first showground up at the corner of Parish Hill Road. In 1924 the community took it to pieces, loaded the beams onto two trolleys and carted it down Swamp Road to where it stands now. It has been hosting the district ever since.

Parking
On-site car parking is available within the showgrounds, and there is bus-accessible drop-off and turnaround within the grounds. Guests may not park on the oval.
Please note that on weekends, parking is shared with local sporting club games.
Pricing
Our spaces are flexible. You choose which spaces and facilities you want and for how many days, and we price accordingly. A bond is payable when the booking is confirmed.

Questions and answers

Set-up and pack-down, after-event cleaning including the kitchen and bathrooms, catering, cookware and kitchenware, cutlery, glassware and crockery, sound systems, decorative and outdoor lighting, marquees and additional furniture, general decorations, and any toilet paper beyond the initial supply.
